Hi, I’m Ben — a personal trainer passionate about helping everyday people get fitter, stronger, and more confident. Over the last 6+ years, I’ve helped dozens of busy professionals and parents take control of their health, even amidst life’s chaos.
I became a personal trainer because I care deeply about the future of our health — and I believe parents are the true role models. When kids see their parents making time to exercise and eat well, it sends a powerful message.
While I’m not a parent myself, most of my clients are. I understand the challenges — time, energy, motivation — and I’ve built my coaching around helping busy parents stay consistent with simple, realistic plans.
This programme is for busy people who feel stuck. You don’t need daily workouts or a strict diet — just a simple plan, expert guidance, and a coach who gets what real life looks like. My approach fits around your lifestyle, so you can stay consistent, see results, and feel good doing it.
I’m a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, and I hold specialist certifications in:

Yes. The programme meets you exactly where you are and builds from there — whether you've trained before or are stepping into the gym for the very first time. You’ll develop strength, confidence, and proper technique at your own pace.
All sessions are delivered through Ben Thole Fitness at JD Gyms Cardiff Llanishen — a fully equipped training space with everything you need to get stronger, move better, and train with purpose.
Session times are flexible to work around your schedule — whether it’s early mornings, lunch breaks, or evenings. Sessions run from 5:00 am to 7:30 pm, making it easy to train without disrupting your work or family commitments.
The programme is tailored to fit your time availability. Most members commit between 2 to 5 hours per week, depending on their goals. We’ll work together to create a routine that’s realistic, sustainable, and effective.
We’ll go over the different package options during your free consultation — no pressure, no commitment. The goal is to find the level of support that fits both your goals and your budget.
